Note: If your card is issued outside the Eurozone, your bank may apply a small foreign transaction fee. DayRoutin LLC does not charge these fees.

- If you use a card issued in another currency, your bank may convert the payment at the current exchange rate and apply a small fee.
- DayRoutin LLC is not responsible for these bank charges.
9. Declined or Failed Payments

- Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours before processing/shipping.
- Refunds are processed according to our Return & Refund Policy, usually within 7 business days (Monday–Saturday)
- Refunds include VAT. Shipping fees are refunded only if the item is damaged, defective, or sent incorrectly.
- Refunds are always issued to the original payment method.

- Avoid filing a bank or PayPal dispute before contacting us, as we can often resolve issues faster.
- Unauthorised disputes may lead to account suspension or cancellation of pending orders.

- Repeated or fraudulent chargebacks may result in account suspension.
