Return & Refund Policy

At DayRoutin, customer satisfaction is our priority. We offer a straightforward 14-day return policy for all international orders shipped from our US fulfillment center to Europe and North America.

1. Return Eligibility

  • Timeframe: 14 calendar days from delivery date
  • Condition: Unused, unworn, original packaging, tags attached
  • Required: Proof of purchase (order number/email confirmation)

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened hygiene/personal care products
  • Custom or personalized items
  • Gift cards/digital products
  • "Final Sale" marked products

3. International Shipping Destinations

This policy applies to all orders shipped to:

  • Europe: Germany, Austria, Belgium, Czechia, Denmark, Spain, Finland, France, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Sweden, Switzerland, Slovakia, United Kingdom
  • North America: United States, Canada

4. How to Return

  1. Contact us at social@dayroutin.com within 14 days of delivery
  2. Include: Order #, reason for return, photos (if damaged)
  3. Receive approval (24-48 hours) with return instructions
  4. Ship to: 272 E Via Rancho Pkwy, Escondido, CA 92025, USA
  5. Use trackable shipping (DHL/UPS recommended)

5. Return Shipping Costs

Damaged/Defective/Incorrect item DayRoutin (free label provided)

6. Damaged/Defective Items

  • Report within 48 hours of delivery
  • Email photos to social@dayroutin.com
  • Free replacement or refund + return shipping covered

7. Order Cancellations

  • 24 hours from purchase (pre-shipment only)
  • Email social@dayroutin.com with order number
  • No cancellations after processing/shipping

8. Refund Processing

  • Timeline: 7 business days after inspection
  • Method: Original payment (Visa/MC/PayPal/etc.)
  • Bank processing: 3-10 additional days
  • Original shipping: Non-refundable (except defective cases)

9. Customs & International Returns

  • Customer responsible for return customs duties
  • Mark package: "RETURNED GOODS - NO COMMERCIAL VALUE"
  • Include commercial invoice with original order details
