At DayRoutin, we are committed to delivering your orders safely, quickly, and transparently. Every package is packed with care and shipped using trusted carriers such as DHL and UPS with full tracking and insured express options.
All orders are fulfilled from our main warehouse in Escondido, California (USA) and shipped to selected international destinations.
1. Order Processing
- Processing time: 1–3 business days (Monday–Saturday).
- Order cut-off time: 3:00 PM (GMT-05:00) Eastern Standard Time. Orders placed after this time are processed on the next business day.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.
2. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to the following countries:
- Europe: Germany, Austria, Belgium, Czechia, Denmark, Spain, Finland, France, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Sweden, Switzerland, Slovakia, United Kingdom
- North America: United States, Canada
We are continually working on expanding our international delivery coverage.

Shipping rates are flat per order for each destination. The final shipping cost and currency will be shown clearly at checkout before you complete your purchase.
4. Customs, Duties & Taxes
- For EU countries, VAT is included in our product prices where applicable.
- For non-EU countries (including the United Kingdom, Switzerland, United States, and Canada), additional customs duties, import taxes, or clearance fees may be charged by your local customs office.
- Any such charges are determined by your country’s authorities and are the responsibility of the customer. These fees are not included in our product or shipping prices.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to the carrier’s tracking page.
If you have not received tracking details within 24 hours after dispatch, please contact us at social@dayroutin.com with your order number.
6. Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages
- If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the damaged item and packaging.
- If your order appears to be lost or significantly delayed, please notify us within 5 business days of the expected delivery date.
- We will work with the carrier to investigate and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement shipment or a refund according to our internal policies.
7. Incorrect or Incomplete Address
- Please ensure that your shipping address is entered accurately at checkout.
- DayRoutin is not responsible for delays, non-delivery, or additional costs caused by incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.
- If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.
8. Order Cancellation
- You may request to cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet been shipped.
- To cancel an order, please email social@dayroutin.com with your order number.
- Once an order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be cancelled or modified.
9. VAT & Invoicing
- All prices are displayed in the currency relevant to your region (EUR, GBP, USD, or CAD).
- VAT is included where applicable and will be clearly shown on your order confirmation.
- A digital invoice is automatically sent to your email after purchase. Business customers may request a VAT invoice by contacting us with their VAT registration number.
