Shipping

All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Hamburg, Germany, with DHL and include tracking. As soon as your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number.

Shipping costs are charged once per order. The exact amount is shown in the checkout before you place your order.

For prepayment methods (e.g. PayPal, credit card) the delivery time starts on the day after the payment order is placed; for other payment methods it starts on the day after the contract is concluded. If the last day of the delivery period falls on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday at the place of delivery, the next business day applies.

Customs and import duties

Deliveries within the EU are free of customs duties. For deliveries to countries outside the EU (Switzerland, Liechtenstein, United Kingdom, United States, Canada) import duties or fees may be charged by the local authorities; these are payable by the recipient.

Damaged or lost parcels

If a parcel arrives damaged or does not arrive, please contact us at social@dayroutin.com with your order number and, if possible, photos. We will send a replacement or issue a refund. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
